Sticky is a virtual items platform published by Daily Apps as a native app on the iOS App Store, on the web and on several social media platforms.

Before using Sticky, making any purchase on Sticky, or submitting any content for inclusion in Sticky, please read this Privacy Policy, the Sticky Terms of Use & License Agreement, and the Sticky NFT Guidelines carefully.

The purpose of this app is to allow users to create and submit virtual items to be published and exchanged with other users, to allow users to browse and search for virtual items of interest, to collect and to export them to third-party apps.

To do this, data must be stored and processed both on your device and on our servers. For example: virtual items you submit or have downloaded, your purchases and use of virtual coins, and the information you have included in your creator profile.

Specifically for erasing the background of images, we offer a 'magic eraser'/'face detect' feature solely for the purpose of automatically detecting what parts of the image are likely to be the relevant for the sticker (such as a face) and what is likely to be the background. This detection occurs exclusively on-device using native CoreML libraries. No facial data is stored after editing the image, sent to our servers, shared with third parties or used for identification. Using this feature is not necessary to enjoy the app.

We do our best to keep data safe from third parties, such as by using leading global cloud, server, authentication and encryption providers & standards. However, no system is impossible to 'hack', and therefore we cannot guarantee or assume liability for such unauthorized access.

Sticky may integrate with advertising, authentication and analytics tools provided by leading social media and advertising platforms such as Apple, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Snap and TikTok as well as more specialized companies such as Mixpanel, AdColony, AppLovin and Unity. This allows us to effectively advertise this app to users, allow users to sign-in to the app easily with their social media accounts, and to organize statistics about how the app is being used, such as how many people used the app, and on average for how long, among a variety of other metrics. This means that these parties also have access to data related to your use of this app, such as when the app was used and if a purchase was made, and may have the ability to associate that data to other data they have.

Laws such as the EU GDPR, and Apple's app policies and operating system design restrict the degree to which parties may do this, such as by allowing access only to aggregate statistics rather than individual users' data in some circumstances. If you use accounts with any of these parties to sign-in to the app, or if you accept the "App Tracking Transparency" request provided by Apple, the data may be associated with information such as your name, email address, and random identification numbers such as Apple's IDFA. Please consult the privacy policy of any such parties which you use, in particular those with whom you have accounts, and where you saw advertisements for this app.

There are several ways to request that your Sticky account and data be deleted. From iOS app version 1.2.12, you can request account deletion from within the app’s main menu. From version 1.2.13, you will also be provided with a link where you can check that the deletion is complete. On the account section of the Sticky website ( https://getstic.ky/account ), select the menu, then “Delete Profile”. If you signed-up using Facebook, you can also request deletion via the “Apps and Websites” section of your Facebook Settings.
